Overview
APEX is seeking aProcess Improvement and Business Systems Specialistfor itsCustom Contract Manufacturing Group, reporting directly to the Group Manager. This position is responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, developing and optimizing business processes, integrating systems and workflows across departments, and establishing standardized methods that enhance operational efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer outcomes.
The role serves as a key link between operations, technology, and business functions, ensuring sustainable process excellence and supporting overall organizational effectiveness across the group.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and develop future-state process models.
• Establish process governance, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate corrective actions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure process scalability and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications
