Job summary

A leading recruitment firm seeks a skilled facilitator and coach in operational excellence in Toronto. The ideal candidate will guide improvements across initiatives, coach professionals on performance management, and execute process enhancements through Lean and Agile methodologies. Qualifications

Job description

Ideal candidate will have experience in operational excellence as a facilitator and coach specializing in organizational culture, strategic alignment, and process excellence. They will be a facilitator of multiple successful initiatives ranging from small continuous improvement projects to enterprise-wide technology and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
  • Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
  • Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
  • Facilitate the implementation of strategic planning across the organization
  • Coach executives and staff on how to manage performance through cascading objectives, improvement priorities and KPIs
  • Implement an enterprise-wide standard prioritization framework that integrated Lean-Agile practices centered around client value

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' of related experience
  • Agile and Lean certified including in Scrum, Product Management, and Lean Six Sigma
  • Ability to code visual dashboards, analyze data and use data to understand problems and inform decisions
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
  • Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement; corporate and operations
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is preferred
  • Effective communication skills; written and verbal
