Novatech is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Canadian manufacturing team. You will develop, implement and monitor efficient processes and workflows, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

• Organize, implement and maintain production process flow.
• Identify opportunities to minimize waste and improve performance and safety.

• Apply mathematical methods to optimize manufacturing methods.
• Design and optimize production systems for efficiency.
• Review process flows, schedules and engineering specs.
• Ensure products meet high quality standards via control systems.
• Collaborate with management, engineers and customers on standards.
