Job summary

Septodont in Cambridge, Ontario, is hiring a Process Engineer II/Process Specialist II to lead engineering projects across manufacturing operations, capital projects, and regulatory initiatives in a highly regulated environment. You will drive continuous improvement and provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing (pharma preferred), and a P.Eng. designation is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or regulated sectors.
P.Eng. designation preferred.
Ability to read architectural, mechanical, electrical, and P&ID drawings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering projects from specification through implementation and turnover.
Provide ongoing technical support to manufacturing and process operations.
Partner with internal stakeholders to address technical service requirements.
Identify and implement process and equipment improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Support equipment qualification, requalification, and validation activities.
