Process Coach - Production

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience:
  • 3+ years working with AVR (Applicable Vehicle Regulations)
  • Experience in Production lines
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Experience supervising unionized workforce
  • Understanding of CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement)

Preferred Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Proof of degree required; if obtained outside Canada, an Education Credential Assessment showing Canadian equivalency is needed)
• Experience:
  • Experience in body shop, stamping, paint, or subassembly
  • Safety and Quality experience
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Knowledge of constraint management principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience managing a unionized workforce
