Job summary

RONA in Canada is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our Mascouche location. You will supervise work, manage promotions, and ensure top-notch customer service.

The role requires a proven track record in personnel management, retail leadership, and strong communication. You will recruit, schedule, mentor teams, and drive sales while upholding our standards and community focus.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in personnel management.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the store’s requirements.
• Resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties as directed by Store Manager.
• Supervise replenishment process.
• Lead promotional activities aligned with sales initiatives and market trends.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department.
• Determine work schedules within the labour budget.
• Coach and motivate teams.
• Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Your role:

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfactionCarry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions
• Supervise the replenishment process
• Manage promotional activities according to sales, company initiatives. Be aware of current trends and competitors to help develop effective marketing strategy
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility
• Determine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget and ensuring that customer needs are met
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:

• 5 years experience in personnel management
• Experience managing a retail business
• Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous
• Excellent communication skills
