Job summary

Bushbalm is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to create content, spot trends, and build engaged online communities for Bushbalm PRO. You’ll work with the Senior Brand Manager and Content Strategist to execute social strategy, edit short-form video in Canva, and engage with beauty professionals across North America.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in social media or marketing, strong writing and design sense, and comfort being on camera.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or related roles.
• Strong instincts for trends, hooks, formats, and platform dynamics.
• Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video and appearing on camera.

Responsibilities

• Create platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Write captions, hooks, on-screen text, and CTAs in Bushbalm PRO voice.
• Publish and manage the content calendar and assist with events and launches.
• Engage with the community, manage comments/DMs, and identify UGC opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to support campaigns and partnerships.
