Northleaf Capital Partners, a global private markets investment firm based in Toronto, seeks a Due Diligence Specialist to support the full investor diligence process and fundraising materials. You will collaborate with Investor Relations, Portfolio Strategy, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality content for prospective and existing investors.

The role involves analyzing KPI data, preparing investor updates and reports, and coordinating responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate university degree with strong academic credentials.
• 1-4 years of financial or professional services experience, preferably in private markets, corporate banking, investment banking, management consulting, transaction advisory, direct investing, investor relations, client service or due diligence.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and comfortable utilizing AI tools to generate insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with fluency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Self-motivated and proactive with intellectual curiosity.

Responsabilités

• Due diligence execution: develop and manage high-quality deliverables for investor diligence (DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, data sets, presentations, case studies).
• Investor communications: create content for updates, reports, conferences and calls.
• Fundraising: maintain content and collateral for materials, DDQs, case studies, RFP responses and online data rooms.
• Data and portfolio analytics: analyze asset- and fund-level KPIs and market data for investor materials.
• Investor servicing: respond to investor information needs and inquiries.
• Market trends/research: research benchmarks to support fundraising and communications.
• Commitment: ~40-50 hours per week.
• Monthly invoices to Northleaf.
