AFIMAC is seeking licensed Private Investigators for injunction-related investigations across Ontario. You will conduct field investigations, document findings, and compile detailed reports for timely legal and operational needs.

Assignments include labour disruptions, organized protests, and crisis response scenarios. This role requires willingness to travel on short notice, long shifts, and strict adherence to safety and ethics. Fluency in English and a valid Ontario PI license are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Private Investigator license in Ontario.
• Willingness to travel on short notice within Ontario to projects for extended periods (minimum 4 weeks).
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to sit, walk, stand, and/or drive for extended periods.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Canadian resident and legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Experience dealing with confrontational situations and de-escalation with minimal supervision.
• Experience with the court injunction process and strong report writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct injunction-related investigations across Ontario for immediate and ongoing projects.
• Document findings and prepare accurate reports for court and clients.
• Travel as required to job sites, including long shifts and overnight periods.
• Assist with risk assessment and incident response during assignments.

AFIMAC is seeking licensed Private Investigators for Injunction Investigative work related to immediate and upcoming projects throughout the province of Ontario.

You will earn:

• $20.00 per hour before overtime.
• Hotel accommodations provided when required.
• $30 per diem when lodging required
• Contract length 1-120 days

AFIMAC Investigators are deployed to various types of assignments including:

• Labour Disruptions
• Organized protests
• Man made crisis/disasters (crime scenes, structural fires, etc.)

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid Private Investigator license in the province of Ontario.
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel on short notice within your home province to projects for extended periods of time (minimum 4 week commitment)
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to sit, walk, stand, and or drive for extended periods of time
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Be a Canadian resident and legally entitled to work in Canada
• Previous experience dealing with confrontational situations and having the ability to de-escalate with little to no supervision
• Experience with the court injunction process
• Excellent report writing skills
