Account Executive – Foss National Leasing / LeasePlan (FNL / LP)

Foss National Leasing / LeasePlan (FNL / LP) is part of the Foss Automotive Group, established in 1962. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our Sales team in our Laval office.

Responsibilities

  1. Actively prospect and engage with new businesses, leveraging best practices to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in fleet vehicle leasing and Fleet Management Services.
  3. Manage warm leads from initial discovery through to closing.
  4. Prepare and deliver customized presentations to address potential client needs.
  5. Research and analyze your territory’s sales potential to identify new opportunities.
  6. Build rapport and establish trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors.
  7. Maintain a robust pipeline focused primarily on medium-sized enterprises.
  8. Track and manage activities using CRM software.
  9. Lead prospects through the contract negotiation process and manage handoff to an account manager, including setup, activation, and training on our fleet management portal.

Requirements

  1. University degree (an asset).
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales.
  3. Proven experience engaging C-suite executives and managing long sales cycles.
  4. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  6. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Commitment to customer service excellence, both for external clients and internal stakeholders.
  8. Previous experience in fleet sales (an asset).
