Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional personal service in all activities to support the Private Banking team
• Ensuring transactions are thorough and accurate
• Adhering to cash, custody and security procedures and bank policies
• Processing daily transactions and service requests from Salesforce originated by the Private Banking Team and Clients
• Escalating fraudulent activities and compliance concerns to the appropriate channels
• Understand and apply the bank's risk appetite and regulatory guidelines in daily activities
