Job summary

RBC in Oakville, ON is seeking a Private Banker to deliver the Black Card Experience to very high net worth Canadians, focusing on wealth planning, credit, cash management, and day-to-day banking. You will grow the client base by building a local network and deepening relationships through discovery and advice.

The role requires five years of advisory experience with high net worth clients, strong English communication, and relevant designations such as CFP/PFP and Mutual Fund Dealer license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience advising high net worth clients.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Understanding of wealth planning, credit, cash management and private banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-end relationship management and proactive advice to very high net worth households.
• Introduce clients to RBC specialists: Wealth Management Advisor/Counsellor and Commercial Account Manager as needed.
• Build external and internal networks to acquire new clients in the local market.
• Coordinate with Private Banking teams to deliver tailored solutions and credit advice.
• Represent RBC Private Banking as an ambassador to clients and partners.
