Nous recherchons un(e) freelance expérimenté(e) en suivi de projet Print Management, capable d’intégrer rapidement notre équipe pour renforcer notre capacité en période de forte charge ou lors des congés. Vous serez formé(e) à nos outils de gestion internes afin d’assurer une parfaite intégration et une montée en charge efficace. Votre rôle sera de coordonner l’ensemble des étapes des projets print, de la réception du brief à la livraison finale, en garantissant qualité, respect des délais et maîtrise des coûts.

Vos missions :

• Assurer le suivi opérationnel de projets print (dépliant, feuillet, boites, stickers, PLV de comptoir, etc.)
• Gérer la relation avec les clients et les prestataires
• Superviser le planning, le budget, les productions et les livraisons
• Participer à l’optimisation des coûts et des process avec les fournisseurs
• Fournir un reporting régulier sur l’avancement des projets
• Travailler en français et en anglais, selon les interlocuteurs
• S’intégrer à l’équipe en renfort ponctuel tout en étant formé(e) à nos outils internes pour plus d’autonomie

Profil recherché :

• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets print ou en print management
• Excellente connaissance technique de l’univers de l’impression (formats, papiers, finitions, techniques d’impression, logistique, etc.)
• Autonomie, rigueur, réactivité et bon relationnel
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral) indispensable
• Disponibilité ponctuelle selon les pics d’activité ou absences dans l’équipe

Job Opportunity: Print Project Manager (Bilingual FR/EN) – Freelance

Contract Type: Freelance

Location: Remote with occasional in-person meetings

We are looking for an experienced freelance Print Project Manager to support our team during peak periods or employee absences. You will be trained on our internal tools to ensure a smooth onboarding and efficient project ramp-up. Your role will be to oversee all stages of print projects—from brief to final delivery—while ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost control.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day execution of print projects (flyers, leaflets, packaging, stickers, POS displays, etc.)
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers
• Oversee timelines, budgets, production, and delivery
• Support cost and process optimization with suppliers
• Provide regular project updates and reporting
• Work in both French and English, depending on the stakeholders
• Integrate seamlessly into the team, with autonomy thanks to tool training

Your profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in print project management or print production
• Strong technical knowledge of printing (formats, paper, finishes, printing methods, logistics, etc.)
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, responsive, with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Available on an ad hoc basis, depending on workload peaks or team absences
