Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.
• Provide expert technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Manage project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Liaise effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions, utilizing advanced analysis techniques.
• Conduct detailed design calculations, produce engineering drawings, and prepare technical specifications.
• Oversee the review of shop drawings, material submittals, and construction site inspections.
• Contribute to business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
• Stay abreast of new building codes, standards, and structural engineering technologies.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with significant experience in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex structural projects from concept to close-out.
• Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Revit Structure) and design codes.
