Responsibilities
The Role
Join our Applications Development team in Waterloo, Ontario, as a Principal Software Developer. You will become a domain expert, design and develop database-driven web applications, and contribute to both new and legacy codebases using Java, Oracle DB, and internal JavaScript frameworks. Passion for clean code, reviews, and reducing technical debt is essential. This role offers opportunities to innovate, improve your skills, and lead development efforts.

Qualifications
The salary range in CAD is from $76,700 to $167,600 annually, based on experience and location.
