Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic principal software engineer to develop our next-generation AI/ML platform. Join our team to help build innovative capabilities that enable faster and more secure development of machine learning and generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of software systems for the AI/ML Platform.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline ML development processes.
• Develop systems to automate and optimize laborious processes, integrating them into our platform.
• Create tools for building and deploying ML artifacts in production environments.
• Automate and orchestrate tasks related to managing big data transformation and processing.
• Design and implement low-latency, scalable prediction, and inference services.
• Collaborate across teams including researchers, developers, and product managers.
• Take ownership of critical platform components and provide architectural direction.

Minimum Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in software development and engineering.
• Expertise in Python, Java, Go, scripting languages, and SQL.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying ML projects in production.
• Knowledge of ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Experience with open-source Large Language Models like Llama & Mixtral.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists and researchers.
