Main Responsibilities

• Oversee study planning and progress;
• Develop detailed study protocols and assays;
• Participate in developing new in vitro assays;
• Instruct laboratory personnel;
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines and communicate delays;
• Identify resource constraints and resolve issues;
• Prepare reports and maintain data integrity;
• Collaborate on presentations and publications;
• Interact with clients and manage study communications;
• Participate in audits.

Education

• Ph.D. in life sciences, preferably immunology, virology, microbiology, or molecular biology.

Experience and Skills

• At least 2 years in industry or academia;
• Experience with multi-parametric flow cytometry and complex data analysis;
• Knowledge of immunology, clinical trial design, and regulations;
• Experience with cell-based immune assays;
• Proficiency with FlowJo, Pestle, Spice, Prism, Excel;
• Understanding of GLP and regulatory standards;
• Project and client management skills;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Working Conditions
