Job description

Primary Skills : UX Research, Usability, Accessibility OR A11Y OR WCAG, Product research

Duration : 03+ Months contract with possible extension

Pay Range : $47.23 - $51.19 per hour

Job Responsibilities :

1. Prepare user research activities, including scheduling study sessions with recruiters and setting up the usability lab.
2. Plan, observe, and moderate study sessions and interviews.
3. Communicate research findings to the team and assist in creating reports, including graphs, highlight videos, and slide decks.

Job Requirements :

1. B.A./B.S. (completed) or M.A./M.S./Ph.D. (in progress or completed) in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Information Sciences, or related fields.
2. Interest in research methods, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on various tasks.
3. Experience or interest in accessibility and inclusion.
4. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing schedules.
5. Technical aptitude with familiarity in basic graphic and video editing tools preferred.
