Principal Project Engineer

We’re looking for a capable and experienced technical professional who can bring sound judgment, solid project delivery skills, and a practical approach to complex work. You’ll be comfortable leading projects, supporting others, and working directly with clients to get the job done.

You Should Have

  • Strong experience in project engineering and/or project management – in Generation and/or HV Transmission sectors
  • The ability to work through complex or unclear problems to find workable solutions
  • Experience leading technical teams and supporting more junior staff
  • A track record of delivering work on time, within scope and budget
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including at board or executive level
  • A steady, collaborative approach to working with both clients and colleagues
  • A clear focus on quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement
  • CPEng preferred (or working towards it)
