Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Flow Studio (GenAI Products) to shape AI-powered creative workflows. You will translate strategy into roadmaps and coordinate across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to drive launches.

You will collaborate with Legal, Trusted AI, and governance to ensure responsible AI development while staying ahead of industry advances in generative AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI and AI-powered creative workflows with hands-on experience using modern image, video, animation, performance, AI filmmaking and AI production tools.
• Experience bringing AI/ML or other technically complex products from concept through production and launch.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, governance, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage competing priorities, and make pragmatic trade-offs.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling.
• A highly organized, proactive working style and a track record of creating clarity and momentum in fast-moving environments.
• Commitment to responsible AI development and effective partnership with Legal, Trusted AI, and governance teams.
• Media & Entertainment, VFX, animation, gaming, or creative technology experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into execution by translating Flow Studio’s product strategy and GenAI opportunities into roadmaps and actions.
• Drive roadmap alignment across teams including dependencies and owners.
• Gather customer feedback and market signals to turn insights into actionable plans.
• Stay ahead of GenAI by hands-on exploration of leading AI tools and models relevant to Flow Studio.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Trusted AI to keep initiatives moving.
• Partner with GTM teams on positioning, readiness, and launch execution.
• Identify risks, surface blockers, and navigate a large matrixed org to drive decisions.
• Craft executive-ready narratives to simplify AI topics and align stakeholders.
