AI Builder: Principal Product Manager for AI-First Platform

Autodesk, Inc.; Toronto; Hybride; CAD 142 000 - 208 000; Plein temps

Résumé du poste

Autodesk is seeking a product leader to redefine how its platform is experienced, accessed, and built upon. You will lead an AI-native squad, turning friction into opportunities through working proofs, demos, and AI-powered experiments.

You’ll shape direction across product, engineering, and design, grounded in real systems and data. You’ll identify high-leverage opportunities, define what should exist, and lead through working proofs rather than handoffs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving product direction in complex, technical environments.
• Acts with agency in ambiguous spaces, setting direction and making progress before anyone hands them a plan.
• Strong product judgment: prioritizes value across systems, not just a single feature.
• Hands-on experience building AI-assisted prototypes or demos to validate direction.
• Proven ability to operate across product, engineering, and experience, shaping end-to-end solutions.
• Turns high-leverage problems into tangible, working outcomes, not just requirements.

Responsabilités

• Find the seams, bottlenecks, and handoffs that make the platform harder to use and identify opportunities with outsized value.
• Define what should exist by framing fuzzy, multi-system problems into a clear direction.
• Decide what to challenge and use experimentation to settle it on evidence.
• Prove it by building AI-assisted proofs with designers and developers.
• Package results as before vs after proofs to illustrate friction and better approaches.
• Translate proofs into a direction for the platform and a viable path to get there.
