Job summary

Autodesk’s Senior Product Manager for Flow leads the AI-first experience in Media & Entertainment, shaping the strategy, roadmap, and customer priorities. Qualifications

• 7+ years in Media & Entertainment
• Strong understanding of production pipelines and creative workflows
• Experience shipping AI/ML or intelligent workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Design or equivalent
• Proven ability to operate in 0-to-1 or ambiguous environments
• Familiarity with Autodesk M&E tools and workflows
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Ability to synthesize data, make trade-offs, and prioritize

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and operational plans for Flow Platform capabilities
• Develop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing workflows and managing risks
• Act as customer-facing leader, engaging with customers and partners to inform strategy
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, Developers, and other product managers to ensure integration
• Conduct ongoing customer discovery to inform iterative development
• Track global trends in content production and AI capabilities
• Define and evolve core experiences including personalized workspaces, intelligent agents, and contextual artifacts
• Define requirements to deploy custom tools via natural language
• Ensure integration with Autodesk and non-Autodesk AI services
• Communicate complex AI concepts to technical and creative audiences
