Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership or related field.
• Certification required by the Ministry of Education and Child Care Teacher Regulation Branch.
• Five or more years of exemplary teaching experience.
• Administrative leadership experience with school improvement outcomes.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, reconciliation, and culturally responsive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements in teaching and learning across schools.
• Champion collaborative professional learning and distributed leadership.
• Direct school improvement initiatives with evidence of positive learner outcomes.
