Job summary

Enercare Inc. is seeking a Principal Software Engineer in Markham, ON. You will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge applications and platforms that power customer experiences in home services.

You will mentor engineers, tackle complex problems, and drive improvements across architecture, performance, and security. A strong background in Java, React, Python, JavaScript, or C# is required, with cloud and containerization expertise.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in designing and developing scalable applications.

Compensation: $122,963 - $169,689

Please note that the compensation range listed includes base salary and potential incentive pay. Incentives such as bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and company results. Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
