UHN Commercialization in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Principal for Business Development and Commercialization. This individual will advance UHN's research objectives by managing stakeholder relationships and overseeing research agreements within the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, a Master’s degree preferably in a related field, and expertise in negotiating licensing agreements. This temporary full-time position offers a salary range of CAD 115,730 – 165,730 annually.

Research at UHN is comprised of two major institutes: Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and UHN Research Institutes. The Business Development and Commercialization Principal will advance UHN’s research commercialization objectives by driving efficient execution and timely turnaround of licensing, sponsored research and other research‑related agreements across the assigned portfolio, primarily within Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.
This dynamic, commercially minded professional will manage complex stakeholder relationships in fast‑paced research and industry environments, support revenue‑generation activities, and lead negotiations for licensing and sponsored research agreements.
