You will participate in requirements analysis, define product roadmaps, and drive architectural decisions that align with the business and cloud/on-prem strategies.

The role includes mentoring engineers, evaluating open source and third-party solutions, and ensuring ITIL-aligned reliability while engaging with customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in software architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Computer Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis: understands business requirements and defines roadmaps.
• Software Architecture: leads architectural reviews and aligns with product roadmap.
• Software Design: provides technical leadership for multiple products and assesses open source options.
• Development/Coding: participates in cross-technical integration and code reviews.
• Testing: sets testing standards and frameworks.
• DevOps: articulates on-prem and cloud infrastructure vision and roadmaps.
• Software Reliability & Support Eng: manages customer relations and defines SLA metrics.
• Technical Project Management: defines schedules and status reports across projects.
• R&D/Innovation: investigates new technologies and shapes future product direction.
