CSG Talent are exclusively partnered with a world leader in Predictive Maintenance technology in the Mining industry. As a result of a successful recent acquisition, they are growing rapidly, and as such are looking for a Principal Advisor to join their team in Eastern Canada.

This role combines aspects of pre-sales, customer success and change management by providing a consultative approach to new & existing accounts. You'll be a trusted advisor, building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering measurable ROI, and identifying opportunities to expand the impact of their solutions.

Essential experience includes a background in mining engineering, extensive mining equipment maintenance experience, as well as Lean Six Sigma process improvement experience.

We are looking for candidates based in Eastern Canada, and French language skills are a non-negotiable for this position. You will report directly to the Regional Vice President for the Americas.

What You'll Do

• Pre-Sales - serve as a trusted advisor and the technical credibility during the pre-sales phase of client engagement, understand customer needs and document goals, success criteria, stakeholders, and commitments made during sales.
• Project Management - oversee and refine customer onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with customer environments. Develop clear technical roadmaps for solution implementation, data migration, system optimization, and security protocols.
• Value Realisation - build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction. Deliver and organise Condition-Based Asset Management (CBAM) meetings when needed.
• Customer Retention - drive retention by enhancing satisfaction, reducing churn, and maximizing long-term account value.
• Process Development - lead the creation and continuous improvement of customer success strategies, including onboarding, engagement, and renewal processes.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in heavy industrial equipment maintenance within industrial or mining environments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, ideally mining
• An understanding of the value of predictive maintenance software
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Continuous improvement expertise
• Based in Eastern Canada and must be French speaking
