An established educational institution is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a temporary position in a remote setting. POSITION: Primary Teacher - Temporary
ASSIGNMENT: Elementary (K-7) - This primary position provides multi-grade instruction in a remote school setting. Classroom teachers at this school cover each other's preparation time with the week roster. As such, there will be times the primary teacher will cover the intermediate teacher's class and vice versa.

LOCATION: Nazko Valley Elementary School
EFFECTIVE DATES: Commencing September 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025
Basic Qualifications: A successful candidate will hold a valid BC Teaching Certificate and be a member in good standing in the BC Ministry of Education, Teacher Regulation Branch AND possess one or more of the following:

The starting annual salary for the full-time Teacher ranges from $61,175 to $109,520 with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement. We also offer a competitive benefits package and pension.
