Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) in North Vancouver, BC, invites applications for a Team Leader, Primary Care (Social Worker). You will lead and coordinate social work services within a client and family-centered model, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current full registration with BC College of Social Workers.
• Master of Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work.
• Five years recent clinical experience with mental health/primary care.
• Two years supervisory/leadership experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates delivery of designated programs/areas.
• Promotes interdisciplinary practice and fosters a safe environment.
• Provides supervision to staff including clinicians and coordinators.
• Manages workload, staffing issues and client transitions.
