Medavie Health Services West (MHSW) is seeking a Paramedic to provide immediate treatment and transportation for patients. You will operate emergency response vehicles, document patient care, and collaborate with teams while upholding safety and professionalism.
Qualifications include High School Diploma or G.E.D., Alberta Paramedics registration, and MCP certifications, with CPR and FARE credentials. The role requires physical fitness and a commitment to community health in Central Alberta.

The PCP provides immediate treatment and transportation of sick and injured individuals to appropriate medical facilities. Due to the nature of operating in the public eye, a high level of professionalism, communication, and knowledge is always expected. The paramedic is required to conduct themselves in a safe and discreet manner, with the responsibility of conduct justification to patients, family members, hospitals staff, management, public agencies, legal court, and more. Salary: $30.74 - $38.79 Hourly as per MHSW Central Alberta Collective Agreement

Hours of work: 08:30-20:30 days 20:30-08:30 nights - subject to change
