Work Area: Multi-Site

Travel Requirement: Regular travel between multiple sites is required.

Shift Hours: 8am to 4pm, with flexibility based on operational needs.

Vacancy Type: Regular Full-Time

Salary Range (Hourly Rate): $51.37 - $64.19

Paid FTE: 1

Bi-weekly Hours: 75

Planned Start Date: April 7, 2025

Additional Notes: Position pending the return of the incumbent. Criminal Record Check required for working with vulnerable populations.

Situated within primary care network locations, the Clinical Pharmacist provides comprehensive medication management, collaborating with an inter-professional team to identify and resolve drug therapy issues. Travel may be necessary, and personal transportation may be utilized.

Qualifications

Education, Training, and Experience

Current registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, with at least 2 years of recent patient care experience, preferably in a team-based primary care setting. Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
