Pricing Specialist (VIC or NSW location)

About The Role
Our CX & Data Business Unit is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially acute applicant to join our team as a Pricing Specialist based in one of our production sites, either Braeside VIC or Homebush NSW. The role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of our pricing structure, rate cards and quotes. The ideal applicant will possess excellent commercial acumen and a strong eye for detail along with a thorough understanding of our industry.

As the Pricing Specialist your main responsibilities will be:

1. Conduct detail audits of quotes to ensure accuracy, compliance with pricing policies and job profitability.
2. Rate card management – maintain and update rate cards and manage expiry.
3. Commercial models – assist with building and maintaining commercial models.
4. Communication – collaborate with internal stakeholders to address quote discrepancies and clarify rate cards.
5. Continuous Improvement – identify opportunities to enhance processes related to quote preparation and rate card management to improve efficiency and accuracy.
6. Review profitability reports and identify and communicate areas for improvement.

Key Requirements and Personality Traits:

1. Experience in the data-driven communications space including Print, Mail, Digital marketing, and Marketing automation.
2. Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
3. The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent time management and organisation skills.
5. The ability to develop value-adding and productive relationships with internal stakeholders/departments.
6. The power to work autonomously but collaboratively in a team environment with minimal direction.
7. A team player with a great work ethic and desire to succeed.

9. Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
