About The Role

Our CX & Data Business Unit is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially acute applicant to join our team as a Pricing Specialist based in one of our production sites, either Braeside VIC or Homebush NSW . The role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of our pricing structure, rate cards and quotes. The ideal applicant will possess excellent commercial acumen and a strong eye for detail along with a thorough understanding of our industry.

As the Pricing Specialist your main responsibilities will be :

• Conduct detail audits of quotes to ensure accuracy, compliance with pricing policies and job profitability.
• Rate card management – maintain and update rate cards and manage expiry.
• Commercial models – assist with building and maintaining commercial models.
• Communication – collaborate with internal stakeholders to address quote discrepancies and clarify rate cards.
• Continuous Improvement – identify opportunities to enhance processes related to quote preparation and rate card management to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Review profitability reports and identify and communicate areas for improvement.

Key Requirements and Personality Traits :

• Experience in the data-driven communications space including Print, Mail, Digital marketing, and Marketing automation.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• The ability to develop value-adding and productive relationships with internal stakeholders / departments.
• The power to work autonomously but collaboratively in a team environment with minimal direction.
• A team player with a great work ethic and desire to succeed.
• Complement our company values – genuine, driven, specialised and collaborative.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
