WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Responsibilities

Be part of an international Pricing Team that is focused on delivering results while not forgetting to have a laugh on a daily basis
Research, Audit, and Process customer credit requests resolving any discrepancies working closely with our customers and sales teams
Evaluate and take action on customer claims based on product circumstances, specifications of original order, order errors, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support and improve the credit process and skills of teams
Provide analytical and data content associated with credits, supporting multiple teams
Build and manage innovative tools to add efficiency to the processing of claims
Assist customers (distributors) to ensure claims are submitted correctly and timely
Data stewardship for customer master data and customer hierarchy
May be required to perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics highly preferred
2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas; analyzing data in pricing, sales, finance, or marketing
Advanced experience with Excel & PowerPivot, SAP. Experience with Pricefx and Tableau is a plus
Demonstrated ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interface with people at all levels within and outside the organization
Detail oriented and organized to complete tasks with energy, drive and follow through
