Job summary

Richardson International Limited in Winnipeg is seeking a Pricing & Sales Analyst to support the sales team by developing quotes and contracts, preparing reports, and maintaining sales contracts. The role emphasizes pricing management, data accuracy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with sales leaders to inform pricing decisions, analyze promotions, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in pricing, analytics, sales support, or similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer contracts and trade programs; ensure data accuracy and updates.
• Partner with sales managers to provide pricing, profitability, and customer insights.
• Develop pricing quotes and evaluate promotions via margin, cost, and financial analyses.
• Support the Deduction Team with trade program information and dispute resolution.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI.

We currently have an opportunity for a Pricing & Sales Analyst in our Winnipeg office. The Pricing & Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the sales team in developing quotes and sales contracts, preparing reporting and maintaining and updating sales contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer contracts and trade programs within pricing management systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
• Partner with sales managers to provide pricing, profitability, and customer insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Develop pricing quotes and evaluate promotional opportunities through margin, cost, and financial analyses.
• Support the Deduction Team in processing customer deductions by providing trade program information, maintaining accurate records, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Create, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in pricing, analytics, sales support, commercial operations, or a similar business environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience analyzing large datasets, building models, and automating reporting; Power BI experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and translate data into business insights.

Assets:

• Experience working within consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food industry environment.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity and automation tools, such as Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate, or a demonstrated aptitude for leveraging emerging technologies to improve workflows, reporting, and business processes.
