Richardson International invites you to join its Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre in Balgonie, SK as an Agronomic Solutions specialist. You will visit farmers, assess agronomic needs, and deliver soil testing and crop-product recommendations to improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes developing location-specific trials and demonstrations, with focus on customer success and field-level impact in western Canada.

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture is required.
• Relevant agronomic experience is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Possess or be willing to obtain Agrologist or Crop Advisor designation and/or a related certification.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

This role will contribute to the overall success of our customers and our business - you are the one who our customers and location staff rely on for agronomic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Visit producers on their farms and identify their agricultural needs specific to agronomy and crop production, contributing to increased sales volumes and overall location profitability
• Provide agronomic services such as soil testing and recommendation of crop products
• Develop location and company specific trial demonstrations and tours with customers

Qualifications

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture is required
• Relevant related agronomic experience is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Possess or be willing to obtain a Professional Agrologist or Technical Agrologist designation and/or a Certified Crop Advisor Designation
• A valid driver’s license is required
