Green Shield Canada (GSC) is seeking a student to join the Enterprise Pricing team. The role supports pricing and forecasting initiatives, performing actuarial calculations, and implementing R and SQL across standard processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, computer science, or quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Investigate revenue and expense components of product lines.
• Support the development of manual rates across lines of business.
• Support pricing exercises including assumptions, setting rates, and analyses.
• Analyze product enhancements, experience, and marketplace trends.
• Support key profitability reporting and provide improvement feedback.
• Review reports and develop enhanced delivery forms/methods.
• Assist with ad hoc pricing and underwriting quotes.
