Position: Pricing Analyst (12-Month Contract)

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of pricing data in the ERP system for Cardinal Health Canada. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing all customer pricing additions, extensions, and changes in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy. The analyst will manage all pricing agreements, vendor contracts, and customer contracts for assigned accounts, with regular updates and maintenance.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence twice a week at either Vaughan or Dorval Office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the integrity of pricing data in the ERP system.
2. Collaborate with Sales, Vendors, and Customers for accurate and timely setup and maintenance of customer pricing.
3. Resolve pricing issues escalated by Customer Care, Sales, Finance, Vendors, or Customers promptly.
4. Manage relationships with internal and external customers.
5. Analyze gross profit, identify misses, and determine corrective actions.
6. Review rebate discrepancy reports and work with Vendors to reconcile payments.
7. Perform data manipulation and analysis.
8. Support projects and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education preferred; related experience is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with large data sets.
• Knowledge of pricing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with JDE or SAP is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and solution-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
• Leadership and influence skills.
• Knowledge of medical products and terminology is an asset.
