Brandt Group of Companies in Surrey is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to quote, set up and administer PM agreements, and to coordinate field service with customers and technicians.

The role emphasizes accurate data management, timely invoicing, and effective communication to ensure smooth PM fulfillment for construction equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of maintenance of construction equipment.
• Experience with service delivery activities and processes.
• Strong communication skills; timely, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of contracts and related processes.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Quote and set-up Preventive Maintenance Agreements in the contracts system.
• PM Agreement administration.
• Track and maintain PM Agreement information.
• Review, close and invoice completed jobs.
• Coordinate service with Customers and PM Technicians.
• Update and maintain pricing calculator tool.
• Handle incoming PM requests from internal and external customers.
• Manage prepaid agreements.
• Monitor customer machines with PM contracts via John Deere Link.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Brandt is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator in our Surrey Construction and Forestry location. This position is responsible for providing Preventive Maintenance quotes to our Sales & Customer Support Advisors as well as, the day-to-day task of supporting efficient, accurate and timely fulfillment of Brandt’s contractual Preventive Maintenance business.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Quote & Set-up of Preventive Maintenance Agreements in our contracts’ management system
• Preventive Maintenance Agreement Administration
• Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance Agreement information
• Review, close and invoice completed jobs
• Coordinate necessary service with Customers and Preventive Maintenance Technicians
• Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool
• Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests from our internal and external customers
• Manage Prepaid agreements
• Utilize John Deere Link to monitor & track customer’s machines with Preventive Maintenance contracts
• Other related duties as assigned

What We Look For

• Previous experience as a Service Writer is preferred
• Strong communication skills; timeliness, organized, and high attention to detail
• Ability to in multi-task at a high-volume workload environment
• Knowledge of contracts and associated processes’ management
• Sound knowledge of MS Office software tools; Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed, logical decisions
