How You’ll Shine:

As a Preventative Maintenance technician, you’ll make dream vacations a reality by ensuring our facilities and units are in perfect working order, providing quality results for our guests through your maintenance skills, customer service expertise, and attention to detail.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Perform general facility maintenance under supervision, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Handle service requests and repairs such as painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Perform maintenance for make-ready units as directed.
  • Apply basic repair knowledge for fixtures, doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
  • Assist housekeeping and laundry with pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Maintain outdoor landscape, including trash removal and general landscape work.
  • Inspect building systems and report deficiencies.
  • Follow safety protocols as per company policies.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Basic handyman skills.
Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $26.98.
