How You’ll Shine:

As a Preventative Maintenance technician, you’ll make dream vacations come true by providing quality results for our guests through your maintenance skills, customer service expertise, and ensuring each unit and building is in perfect working order.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure the preservation of quality and efficient production.
• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry) as directed.
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Assist housekeeping and laundry departments with pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Maintain outside landscape, including trash removal and general landscape work.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisors.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this role is $26.98.
