Job summary

McCormick Canada is hiring a Line Operator at our London, ON site. You will operate and supply production lines, assist in changeovers, and participate in improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires an OSSD or equivalent, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and willingness to overtime. Forklift certification training and SAP knowledge are assets, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits available to permanent employees.

Qualifications

• OSSD diploma or equivalent and passing basic qualification testing.
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to complete McCormick forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Supply and operate production lines.
• Assist in changeovers and complete required checklists.
• Participate in Journey to Excellence and Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and elevate when needed.
• Make suggestions for line improvements.
• Work safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures.
