Job summary

Multi-Action operates in Ajax, ON and is hiring a Press Operator for the B shift (4:15 PM – 3:15 AM). Training will begin on the A shift (5:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon-Thu). The role requires operating a press, reviewing customer specs, and maintaining print quality with attention to detail.

The position offers an annual salary range of CAD 22.00–26.00, with benefits after probation and overtime as needed. Candidates should be self-motivated and team-oriented for on-time delivery.”

Qualifications

• Must have a mechanical mind and good attention to detail.
• Experience operating a press is preferred.
• Quality-focused with ability to check product specs.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specs and ensure materials meet requirements.
• Complete make-ready per job ticket and product specs.
• Set and maintain print registration, color matching, varnishes, and coatings.
• Perform quality checks for product specs and visual/functional criteria.
• Maintain quality during run while maximizing press speeds.
