We are looking for a skilled operator with strong mechanical and mathematical abilities and at least 1 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with excellent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake Machines to bend sheet metal accurately.
• Set up Machines with correct tooling and settings.
• Read Blueprints and work orders to understand job specs.
• Perform bending operations and adjust machines as needed.
• Program CNC Machines with job parameters when required.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and report problems to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
• Manage time to meet production goals.
• Handle materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1+ years of press brake operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and job specs.
• Skilled in using measuring tools like calipers and gauges.
• Knowledge of sheet metal prep and machine mechanics.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Familiar with safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.

Shift & Pay

• Work environment: Fast‑paced production setting with repetitive tasks.
• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM.
• Pay: $21 – $24 per hour (depending on experience).
• Higher rates may be offered to candidates with extensive experience.
• Benefits available after probation period.
• Performance reviews at 3 and 6 months; wage review after 12 months.
