PMB in Saint-Henri, Quebec, is seeking a press brake operator to join the manufacturing team. You will read drawings, set up and run the press brake, produce parts to tight tolerances, and perform quality checks to ensure defect-free output.
The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following safety procedures. Two schedules available: daytime 40 hours over 4–5 days with Friday off or evening shift Mon-Thu 4:15 pm–2:45 am, with an evening premium.
At PMB, reporting to the departmental leader, the press brake operator plays a key role in the department’s performance, the quality of products delivered and customer satisfaction. He/she is responsible for the precise bending of metal parts, in strict compliance with established tolerances, quality standards and aesthetic criteria.
The operator works closely with the sorting and welding departments to ensure smooth operations and an efficient manufacturing process. Depending on operational needs, he/she may also be called upon to assist other departments, demonstrating versatility and team spirit.

This position requires training in precision sheet metal work or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in bending.

Daytime schedule: 40 hours in 4 or 5 days per week (Friday mandatory).
Evening schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4:15 p.m. to 2:45 a.m., 40 hours over 4 days.
Salary: To be determined, between $23.88 and $30.28/hour
Evening premium: $2.25/hour
