Job summary

EQ3 is seeking Design Consultants in Griffintown, Montréal to help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $18–$25 plus commission.

You’ll build relationships, develop your client base, and consistently achieve sales goals. Experience in retail or commission-based sales is a strong fit; furniture or interior design experience is an asset but not required. Location: 1155 Rue Wellington, Montréal, QC.

You don't need to be an interior designer to succeed at EQ3. If you have strong sales skills and an interest in furniture and design, we'll provide the product knowledge and tools you need to build your expertise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Design Consultant, you'll help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget.

You'll develop your own sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and take ownership of achieving your individual sales goals.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome customers and understand their needs
• Recommend furniture solutions that complement their space, lifestyle, and personal style
• Present and sell products across our upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories collections

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
