Job summary

EQ3 Design Consultants are sought for a full-time, full-commission role in Granview, Vancouver. You'll earn 7% of written sales with potential to reach $65,000–$75,000+ annually based on performance.

You will help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget, while building lasting relationships and driving sales. Join our Granview team at 3355 Granview Highway in a dynamic, results-driven environment that rewards performance with an employee discount

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or commission-based sales.

DESIGN CONSULTANT

Full-Time | Granview, Vancouver | Full Commission: 7% of Written Sales | Earning Potential: $65,000–$75,000+ per year

Are you a sales professional who is motivated by results and wants your performance to have a direct impact on your earnings?

At EQ3, we're looking for people who know how to listen, build relationships, understand customer needs, and close sales.

This is a full-commission position paying 7% of written sales. Our full-time Design Consultants have an earning potential of approximately $65,000–$75,000+ per year, with the opportunity to earn more based on individual performance.

You don't need to be an interior designer to succeed at EQ3. If you have strong sales skills and an interest in furniture and design, we'll provide the product knowledge and tools you need to build your expertise.

You'll be joining our Granview team at 3355 Granview Highway, Vancouver, British Columbia, in a full-time capacity.

What You'll Do

As a Design Consultant, you'll help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget.

You will develop your own sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and take ownership of achieving your individual sales goals.

In This Role, You Will

What We're Looking For

• Have experience in retail sales, consultative sales, premium retail, or commission-based sales

Sales experience in furniture, home décor, luxury retail, premium fashion, jewelry, kitchens, flooring, design showrooms, or other specialized retail environments may be particularly relevant.
