UKG is looking for a Presales Solution Consultant to join our family. If you are talented, energetic, and committed to delivering quality demonstrations of our UKG HCM and WFM solutions, this is the perfect place to work and grow professionally.

The Solution Consultant will deliver an innovative, engaging, and strategic sales presentation with a clear and concise value message. In collaboration with the sales team, you will provide discovery and analysis of current business needs and development of impactful professional demonstrations. You will share your knowledge with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle as well as with the Solution Consultant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality, engaging and strategic sales presentations with a clear, strong value message
  • Maintain expertise in UKG solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of industry experience (HCM, HR, Payroll and/or Time)
  • 2+ years of presales/solution consultant experience or sales support experience

Preferred:

  • Ability to think critically in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be a good listener; ability to understand a prospect’s unspoken but implied criteria
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

  • PCP, CPHR, CHRL, CHRP designationspreferred, not required

Travel:

  • 30% travel required
