Responsibilities

• Assist with funeral home and cremation duties, prepare for services, and help with ceremonies as requested by clients and management.
• Greet the public, answer questions, and provide information on funerals and cremations.
• Answer phones courteously and perform office duties as needed, including documents and basic administrative tasks.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups; usher guests and manage transportation needs.
• Perform duties in line with company policies, attend staff meetings, and adhere to professional standards.
