Job summary

Walmart Canada in Saint-Jérôme is seeking a Stockperson / Cartpusher to collect shopping carts from corrals, the parking lot and store perimeter and return them to storage following Walmart procedures. You will assist customers and help move purchases to vehicles or back to the store, and verify receipts when needed.

The role requires maintaining clean facilities, performing basic cleaning and upkeep, following chemical handling guidelines, and inspecting equipment before use.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Good customer service and teamwork
• Ability to follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Retrieve shopping carts from cart corrals, parking lot and store perimeter and return them to designated storage following procedures
• Assist customers and help move purchases to vehicles or back to the store, checking receipts as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and perform basic cleaning and upkeep
• Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, reflective vest) and inspect equipment before use
• Help ensure a safe, obstacle-free work environment and adapt to varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
